Hermond Ghazarian – President
Hermond started London Pewter LTD after attending the City of London Polytechnic in England and moving to the United States in 1981. London Pewter manufactured and marketed Hermond’s designs of collectable figurines to retail stores. Soon after, national advertising resulted in shipping products directly to collectors. London Pewter’s success in shipping product direct to the consumer resulted in other companies requesting this service. In 1994, Coast to Coast Fulfillment was founded to meet the demands of direct response fulfillment. Hermond’s career has provided him with comprehensive understanding of all elements of the fulfillment business. Drawing from his 20 years of experience, Hermond can quickly implement the elements necessary to avoid pitfalls and create a successful fulfillment program for clients’ product and marketing.

Vahe Oharonian – Vice President
As a cofounder of London Pewter and Coast to Coast Fulfillment, Vahe also brings 20 years of fulfillment knowledge to the company. Prior to this experience, he attended Ealing College in the suburbs of London and was involved in the import and export of heavy industrial machinery. He has become an expert in small parcel shipments and can recall most rate charts off the top of his head. In overseeing the warehouse and shipping operations, he keeps the product flowing smoothly and quickly, meeting client and customer demands to get the product out the door as quickly as possible. Clients are amazed at how much product we can push through our facility.

Hermineh Oharonian – Controller
Hermineh has spent her career in finance. After graduating from Bryant College with a B.S. Accounting, she was an audit a manager for a leading Rhode Island accounting firm. She later became the controller of a national service company with sales of $30 million. Throughout this time, she lent her financial expertise to both London Pewter and Coast to Coast Fulfillment. Due to record growth at Coast to Coast Fulfillment, she came on board as the controller in 2000. Hermineh’s experience in controlling costs keeps Coast to Coast focused on delivering efficient service to our clients.

Jenik Ghazarian – Customer Service Manager
Jenik brings more than 17 years of extensive Customer Service experience to Coast to Coast Fulfillment. She holds a degree from the Hall Institute. She has been a customer service representative for Jordan Marsh Company, a business manager for Clarins Cosmetic Company and Customer Service Specialist and cosmetic consultant for Estée Lauder. This wide ranging experience provides her with the ability to lead her team of customer service representatives, maintaining a calming influence with customers and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner.
